Goal for between classes....
clear everything off of my desk and throw the trash out. Tonight I will be doing homework and only homework.
For my Text & Discourse Class...
I have to write a two page paper over a conversation my professor has provided and analyze the politeness strategies. It’s kind of interesting the things we do with our language to hide our true intentions.
We never truly say what we mean because it’s not polite. We subconsciously believe we are naturally rude. Interesting.
I think I am really going to enjoy this class. =3
